Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If this is a large order, please contact SALES@TEKRAM.COM to handle logistics.

Products with free shipping, only applies to CONUS (Continental United States) unless specified. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and/or insured. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your return request to be reviewed after contacting RMA@TEKRAM.COM
  • You will be refunded for the original returned merchandise as soon we can process the return. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES. Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Exceptions typically include defective merchandise or merchandise shipped incorrectly.
  • Items are subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE if past 30 day return period or if not in original condition. 
  • As soon as we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund.
  • Please note that we can only issue refunds to your credit card within 45 days of the original shipment date. If you send back a return that is 45 days or more after the original shipment date, you will be issued a store credit.
  • We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or DOA item) or your shipping fees will be covered after examination.
  •  To account for the shipping period, RMA/Inspection and approval process, you should expect to receive your refund within a four week window once your package is shipped back. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
